Moving on
I made it safely to Singapore, which was a ncie city, I found the best hostel, I am starting to regret not staying in more hostels in Asia as you really do meet so many people.
I managed to get soaked in a tropical downpour, but did have 'one of my aimless walks' around the city. I decided to take a boat over to Indonesia to find a beach for 2 days before my flight. So went to Pula Bintan, which was a nice island, abit out of my price range but never mind I had a nice room and a TV, WOW. I have topped my tan up, think I might be browner than after Ibiza now. I also got caught in a tropical storm on the island and thought I was a gonna at one point when all these coconuts fell off the tree onto the roof of my bungalow..... they were big coconuts by the way, I am not a woos.
It was vey wierd being on my own at first but I'm adjusted to it now, and feel very indepentant and free to do whatever I want. The flight to NZ was very long and I had a nice 4 hour wait in Sydney airport at 5am in the morning, with a Japenese tour group who were intent on talking to me, even though none of them spoke english, I have not got the first clue of Japenese, apart from 1,2,3,4,5 which I can tell you did not get the conversation very far.
I am now in Christchurch which is pretty sleepy town in Southern New Zealand, there is not much to do here so planning a move soonish and then Sally and Anne will arrive, and then I think we are hiring a van aaahhhh. I am very scared for us all, especially with Sally's driving... (only jokin chicken). After all is wasn't you that crashed into out front wall at uni, was it, i'll mention no names but I think you know who you are! The funny thing is there are actually two people reading this that did the same thing.
Anyway I am off to buy a big jacket and amassive glass of milk. (hey Jimmy I bet they even have scotch eggs here)
Lots of love to all
